AJ Blessing is a touring concert entertainment technician that specializes in concert and theatrical lighting technology and automation technology. AJ is pursuing a degree in Theatrical Design and Production, and is expected to graduate in May of 2026. AJ has worked on several large tours and conferences such as the 2023 Dude Perfect "Pandamonium" tour, the American Leg of the 2023 G-IDLE World Tour, and multiple large conferences such as Passion25 and NAYC25. AJ has worked with numerous production companies including Streamline Productions, 46/ Productions, LD Audio Chicago, amongst others. AJ has garnered the professional experience required to bring complicated shows to life through his work with E+RIG, Upstaging, and XSF. AJ has seen every side of the production process for shows of nearly every size. AJ has worked from the manufacturing side, to rental shops, and even been on the road touring.
